International Day of Yoga, or commonly and unofficially referred to as Yoga Day, is celebrated annually on June 21st. International Day of Yoga was declared unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015. The Town of Morrsiville Parks and Recreation Department is proud to celebrate this day with an outdoor Yoga class at the Morrisville Community Park on Friday June 21st at 10:00am. Shobha Saraiya, who is a yoga instructor at Morrisville Aquatics and Fitness Center will lead the class.

Start your weekend on Thursday by attending the Music in the Park concert series. Concerts will be held at Indian Creek Park, 101 Town Hall Drive, on the third Thursday of the month April through June. Free to the public. Bring a chair, blanket and picnic basket for a relaxing evening. Concerts begin at 7:00 p.m.

July 4th Pancake Breakfast July 4, 8-10am Fire Station 1 Celebrate Independence Day with the Town of Morrisville! Located at Fire Station 1 (200 Town Hall Drive), the Morrisville Fire Department prepares a pancake breakfast for the community. Pancakes, sausage and orange juice will be served. S'Morrisville August 10, 6-8pm Various Morrisville Parks You are invited to come out and enjoy National S’mores Day in S’Morrisville. This event takes place all over Town with activities at four different sites. There will be music, games, t-shirts to win and, of course, lots of s’mores to enjoy. So mark your calendars and join your friends and neighbors as we celebrate this delicious holiday in S’Morrisville.
