WakeTRACS is a demand-response transit service for residents of unincorporated Wake County.

WakeTRACS

Areas that are inundated or saturated by surface water or groundwater at a frequency and duration sufficient to support, and under normal circumstances do support, a prevalence of vegetation typically adapted for life in saturated soil conditions. Zoning is a tool used to govern the principle “uses” (e.g. residential, commercial, or industrial) of land and how this relates to building sizes, open spaces, and streets.
