Celebrate autumn with a festive and fun social! Enjoy comforting chili or vegetable soup, paired with savory breads and warm drinks. Gather with friends, enjoy good conversation, and play games before the holiday season begins!

Explore all that the BBQ capital of the world has to offer. Start the day at Bob Timberlake’s impressive art gallery, hop over to Bar-B-Q Center for lunch, and explore Uptown Lexington for some local shopping and small town charm. Lunch must be purchased separately and dress for the weather since there will be some outdoor walking.

Southern Supreme Fruitcake Tour Ages 55+ A Morrisville Senior Center tradition! Tour the fruitcake factory, sample their products, and shop the showroom. Afterwards, participants will purchase lunch at a nearby restaurant.

Moravian Candle Tea Ages 55+

Theatre in the Park: Wait Until Dark Ages 55+ At Theater in the Park, the unexpected takes center stage. Wait Until Dark is a gripping thriller, where Susan Hendrix, a blind woman, must outwit three dangerous intruders in her apartment. As night falls, she turns blindness into strength in a suspenseful showdown that will keep you on edge!

Celebrate the season with timeless traditions and festive delights! Enjoy candle-making and heritage demonstrations, or watch local choirs perform holiday songs. Marvel at the nativity display and indulge in the famous Moravian sugar cake, cookies, and coffee. Food and craft purchases not included.

Witches Tea Ages 55+

Seasonal Sights at the NC Executive Mansion Ages 55+ Visit North Carolina’s Executive Mansion for the Holiday Open House. Enjoy a festive tour of the first floor featuring North Carolina-grown Christmas trees, beautiful holiday floral arrangements, and decorated mantle displays. Afterwards enjoy lunch at North Hills shopping center. Participants are responsible for covering their own lunch.

Looking for a shopping adventure with unique finds? Explore DeWayne’s and Carolina Pottery to find that perfect, one-of-a kind holiday treasure. A lunch break will happen between stores to relax and recharge. Participants are responsible for covering their own lunch and any items purchased during the trip.
