BACKGROUND The goal of the Concept Design is to illustrate the development potential of the study area. To prepare this design, the Town of Morrisville hired Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to draft a sketch plan, and then Town staff created a three-dimensional model from it to help stakeholders visualize the relative scale and massing of the proposal. To accurately reflect the most likely type and magnitude of development for the area, the Concept Design was guided by the market study for the site that was prepared by the Noell Consulting Group.
