some other vehicle or a pedestrian, or by some emergency; and in any case covered by these exceptions such vehicle shall stop so as not to obstruct any footway, pedestrian aisle, safety zone, crossing or street intersection if such can be avoided. (Ord. of 8-27-79, § 4-44)

Sec. 58-106. Parking of oversized vehicles and trailers prohibited

(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle or trailer of 80 inches or more in width or 20 feet or more in length on the streets maintained by the Town within the corporate limits of the Town at any time except for the duration of the following activities:

(a)

When actively engaged in loading or unloading;

(b)

Temporary parking for emergency services to a vehicle or trailer to repair a mechanical breakdown;

(c)

Temporary parking at a construction site during the period of active construction.
