(1) Violation of the provisions of this Ordinance shall constitute an infraction in accordance with G.S. 14-4(b).

(2) If any person shall violate this ordinance regulating the operation or parking of vehicles, they shall be responsible for an infraction and shall be required to pay a penalty of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord 2013-036, 3-26-13)
