This past summer, we proudly celebrated July as Park and Recreation Month, a time to recognize the incredible impact our facilities, programs and staff have on the Morrisville community. We joined agencies across the country in continuing the national theme, “The Power in Parks,” which highlights how parks (and recreation) strengthen community connections, support health and wellness, and create spaces that bring people together. As we move into the fall and winter seasons, surrounded by cool, crisp air and the beautiful turning of the leaves, we carry that message forward.
