AQUATICS & FITNESS CENTER FITNESS FOR ALL AGES

Swim Lessons Stroke School ( Meets twice a week) Age 6-13

Bronze: For swimmers who can swim 25 yards of backstroke and freestyle. Stroke school is not a learn-to-swim class. It is designed to help those who are looking to refine already established swim strokes and improve fitness and endurance levels. Taught by an instructor on deck in our lap pool.
