High turnover food service calculated at 13 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet. Parking demand for these types of

food services are lower than for fast food establishments but higher than for sit down restaurants.

Specialty retail calculated at 3 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet. Parking demand for these types of small retail uses is lower than that for convenience retail, large destination retail or shopping centers with a supermarket or discount store anchor. Offices, services and studios calculated at 3 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet
