4.4. APPLICATIONS, PERMITS, AND FORMS
Development Application
A completed and signed development application, checklist (see Part 4.5, Checklists), and fee schedule are required. All applications shall be delivered to 260-B Town Hall Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560, unless otherwise noted. The mailing address is PO Box 166, Morrisville, NC 27560. Annexation Petition
A competed and signed petition, checklist, and fee schedule are required in order for a property owner to request the Town to annex property.
