B. Materials

1. Multifamily Development Buildings and Structures

a. Materials used for net facade areas, cornices, and architectural accents on all multifamily principal buildings and structures are subject to the standards in Table 5.9.4.B.1, Multifamily Exterior Facade Materials. b. Only those exterior facade materials listed in Table 5.9.4.B.1, Multifamily Exterior Facade Materials, are permitted on multifamily principal buildings and structures. a. Accessory Buildings and Structures Materials used on accessory buildings or structures associated with a multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, institutional, or industrial development shall be consistent with the materials used on the principal buildings or structures. (1) Table 5.9.4.B.2, Nonresidential and Mixed-Use Exterior Facade Materials; or
