[2] Review procedures for Building Permits and Certificates of Compliance/Occupancy are established in the Building Code, but are shown here because they are closely related to the development review procedures in this Ordinance. [3] The Planning and Zoning Board’s decision is preliminary and is submitted to the N.C. Environmental Management Commission for a final decision (see 7.2.5.C).
