I NDUSTRIAL E QUIPMENT S ALES AND R ENTAL An establishment primarily engaged in the sale and rental of tools, trucks, tractors, construction equipment, agricultural implements, and similar industrial equipment. I NDUSTRIAL P ARK A development containing three or more separate buildings used for industrial purposes that is designed, constructed, and operated on an integrated and coordinated basis. Examples of existing Industrial Parks in Morrisville include Cedar Fork Industrial Park and Southport. I NDUSTRIAL U SE OR D EVELOPMENT Development whose primary use(s) is one (or more) of the principal use categories and use types listed under the Industrial Uses classification in Article 4: Use Standards, and as described in Section 11.3.1.H, Industrial Uses Classification. I NTERMITTENT S TREAM A well-defined channel that contains water for only part of the year, typically during winter and spring when the aquatic bed is below the water table. The flow may be heavily supplemented by stormwater runoff. An intermittent stream often lacks the biological and hydrological characteristics commonly associated with the continuous conveyance of water. I NTERNAL R EFRACTIVE L ENS A glass or plastic lens installed between the lamp and the sections of the outer fixture globe or enclosure. “Refractive refers” to the redirection (bending) of the light as it goes through the lens, softening and spreading the light being distributed from the light source, thereby reducing direct glare. I NTERPRETATION An interpretation of the text, uses, or other provisions of this Ordinance, or the boundaries of this Ordinance’s Zoning Map, or the conditions of approval imposed on a permit or development approval. I NTERSECTION S IGHT D ISTANCE A REA An area of unobstructed sight distance along the approaches of a street or driveway to an intersection. I NTERSECTION , M AJOR The junction of two rights-of-way, one being either a major or minor thoroughfare, crossing at-grade per the Town of Morrisville Transportation Plan, as amended.
