b. If a mix of uses is provided in a building, commercial uses shall be the predominant use in terms of total floor area. Relationship of Uses a. Residential uses incorporated as part of the Town Center Commercial (TCC) District shall be visually and physically integrated with nonresidential uses. (2) Used to provide a transition between the Town Center Commercial (TCC) District and the adjacent Town Center Residential (TCR) District in a horizontal mixed-use setting; and (3) Integrated with nonresidential uses through non-gated pedestrian connections and shared public spaces.
