1. Facades Adjacent to a Public or Private Street Right-of-Way
Ground floor facade walls adjacent to an existing or proposed public or private street shall have entry areas, awnings (fabric or metal, no plastic), windows, recessedareas for seating or gathering, or similar features designed to provide visual interest alongno less than 60percent of the horizontal length of the wall.
