(3) Building“modules” created through buildingarticulation requiredabove, shall range from 25 to 50 feet in width. A series of evenly spaced modules is not desired, the appearance of building modules shall vary along the length of the building. b. Roof Form

(1) A variety of flat and pitched roof forms shall be permitted in the Main Street District to provide visual variety.
