c. Veterinary Clinic/Hospital (1) Those parts of structures in which animals are kept shall be fully enclosed, with solid core doors and no operable windows, and shall be sufficiently insulated so no unreasonable noise or odor can be detected off the premises. (2) The facility shall include a minimum of 200 square feet of outdoor enclosed yard for temporary use by cared-for animals for exercise or elimination of waste. Such yard shall be enclosed by a solid decorative fence or masonry wall at least eight feet in height.

(1) Neighborhood Design Standards and Guidelines A bungalow court is a voluntary single-family detached dwelling alternative that allows lot access via a shared driveway configured as a central motor court in return for voluntary compliance with Section 5.9.7, Single-Family Attached, Detached and Duplex Design Guidelines. Figure 4.2.5.C.1.a: Bungalow Court Configuration provides an example of how development in a bungalow court may be configured. A pocket neighborhood shall comply with all the standards in this section.

(2) Site Requirements
Development in a bungalow court shall: (A) Comply with the requirements in Section 5.9.7, Single-Family Attached, Detached and Duplex Design Guidelines; (B) Be located on a site of at least one acre, but not more than ten acres in area; (C) Be limited to single-family detached dwellings as the principal use; (D) Be configured so that each dwelling unit obtains vehicular access via a common shared driveway that is: (i) Located on common area maintained by a Home Owners Association; (ii) Comprised of concrete, brick, or pavers; and
