Morrisville Unified Development Ordinance - September 2020

C. Facilitate the creation of a new Main Street district in the Town Center that will serve as a gathering place for Morrisville residents; D. Allow for and encourage a broader mix of uses and housing types in the Town Center; and E. Encourage the expansion of the Town Center’s existing network of parks, trails, and greenways as consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the Town Center Plan.
