Patio seating area may be roofed but shall not be enclosed.
(B)
Patio seating area must be a minimum of 15 feet in depth.

5.9.11. Building and Design Standards for the Historic Crossroads Village and Main Street Districts A. Applicability The following building organization and design standards shall apply to all mixed-use, nonresidential and multifamily development as well as structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places or designated historic landmarks development within the Historic Crossroads Village and Main Street District. B. Historic Crossroads Village (HCV) District Intent The standards in this subsection are intended to ensure that the mass, scale, architectural character, and height of infill development and substantial renovations complement traditional building forms and styles found in the district. Building Orientation a. The primary entrance and front facade of infill development shall be oriented towards the primary street frontage, consistent with the typical orientation of historic structures in the district. (See Figure 5.9.10.B.2: Orientation of Infill Development.) 1. 2.
