Outdoor Gathering Spaces
a. Outdoor Gathering Spaces Required (1) Development shall incorporate on-site outdoor gathering spaces or community amenities as highly-visible, easily-accessible, focal points as follows or request an alternative outdoor gathering space configuration in accordance with Section 2.5.20, Alternative Equivalent Compliance:
(A) Lot area of 30,000 square feet or less: At least one outdoor gathering space;
