Buffer Type G (Streetyard) This streetyard buffer provides intermittent visual obstruction and creates the impression of spatial separation without eliminating visual contact between the street and the development.

• Shade trees: 3 per 100 linear feet, with at least 25 feet between mature canopies [2] • Understory trees: 6 per 100 linear feet [2]
