F. Removed Signs If a sign is removed or relocated any sign mounting structures, including raceways and projecting rebar, shall be removed and any holes remaining in the associated building, wall or other surface shall be filled in and repaired to match the surrounding surface. G. Damaged Signs Upon receiving notice from the Town that a sign fails to comply with the provisions of this section, the owner of the property upon which the sign is located shall, within 30 days of the notice’s date, repair the sign or otherwise bring it into compliance with this section. Failure to comply shall subject the violator to the remedies in Article 10 of this Ordinance. All signs except temporary signs (see Section 5.16.5) and signs in Planned Development Districts shall comply with the standards in Table 5.16.4: Standards for Specific Sign Types, applicable to the type of sign, based on the zoning district in which the sign is located and the development type set forth below. Any application seeking approval of a Planned Development district pursuant to UDO Section 3.7 shall include a signage plan detailing the location, size, and type of signage proposed to be constructed. Alternatively, an applicant may propose to comply with the sign regulations applicable to another zoning district. Notwithstanding the above, all temporary signage in a Planned Development District shall comply with the temporary sign regulations in Section 5.16.5. 5.16.4. Standards for Specific Sign Types
