Designed for young children to explore the water and build com fort with the support of a trusted adult. For consistency and the best learning experience, we encourage the same adult to attend each session with the child. No prerequisites required.

Aquatic Amenities

Lap Pool Depths: 3 - 8.5 feet

The lap pool is a six-lane, 25-yard pool and is used by swimmers who can swim laps continuously, or adults walking or doing water exercises. Children ages 12-14 may use the lap pool if they swim 300 yards continuously, while demonstrating breath control and rhythmic breathing.

Program Pool Depths: 3.5 feet

The program pool is for general recreation and self-guided exercise. For safety, children under 48” must be supervised in the water by a patron 18 years or older.

Preschool Age 3-5

Gain vital water safety skills and basic swimming techniques in a fun environment that will boost your child’s comfort and confidence in and around water. Children should be capable of participating independently in the class, without the need for parent assistance.
