Park Projects

Two hitting stations were installed at Morrisville Community Park near the baseball fields for park visitors to use for free. The new hitting stations have assisted with alleviating overcrowding of the batting cages, and allow space for the general public to utilize when batting cages are reserved for Town programming. Hitting Stations at Morrisville Communtiy Park Lighting upgrades at Church Street Park took place in Spring 2026, significantly enhancing the field’s lighting to support tournament‑style cricket opportunities and higher‑level play. Funded by a $2 million Hospitality Tax grant, the project will boost tourism‑related revenue and strengthen Morrisville’s role as a regional cricket destination. These improvements also position the park to attract future events and broader community use. Tournament Lighting at Church Street Park
