Annual Report A yearly report explains how public transportation is serving the community and how supporting revenues are being invested. Annual reports should be short, highly visual, and designed for the public. It can be included in Town communication channels and distributed through other available outside channels, including the website, traditional media, and social media. The annual report should focus on providing a summary of the prior year (ridership, service, budget, key changes, and benefits to the community) and high-level plans for the subsequent year (see Figure 25 and Figure 26).
