4.4. APPLICATIONS, PERMITS, AND FORMS

Development Application

A completed and signed development application, checklist (see Part 4.5, Checklists), and fee schedule are required. All applications shall be delivered to 260B Town Hall Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560, unless otherwise noted. The mailing address is PO Box 166, Morrisville, NC 27560. Click here to complete and print out the application. The application must have an original signature, unless otherwise noted.

Annexation Petition

A competed and signed petition, checklist, and fee schedule are required in order for a property owner to request the Town to annex property. Email Daniel Band at dband@townofmorrisville.org or Kari Grace at kgrace@townofmorrisville.org if you have any questions about the annexation petition process.
