Foundations, porch supports, and chimneys are excluded from the 10% maximum. [8] Metal panels cannot be textured or embossed to look like other materials such as concrete or stucco. [9] At least 50% of the facade of the building with the main public entrance, as determined by the Planning Director, shall be constructed of brick, stone, or rock. (Ord.
