d. Garages associated with a multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, institutional, or industrial development are also subject to the standards set forth in Section 5.9.4, Exterior Facade Materials and Colors for All Development.

15. Heliport
Auxiliary facilities such as parking, waiting room, fueling, and maintenance equipment are not permitted.
16. Home Occupation
a. The business use shall be conducted in a portion of an occupied residential dwelling.
b. A Home Occupation permit shall be valid for a period of 3 years.
c. The principal person conducting the business use shall be a full-time resident of the dwelling, and there shall be no more than one employee who does not reside in the dwelling.
d. The business use shall use no more than 20 percent of the total floor area of the dwelling.
e. On-site signs advertising the business are not permitted.
f. Outdoor storage of goods associated with the business use is not permitted.
g. Any visits to the site by business customers or clients shall be by appointment only. Appointments may not overlap. h. There shall be no wholesale or retail sales of goods on the premises except of those goods incidental to the provision of a service by the business use (e.g., a hairdresser may sell shampoo). i. The business use shall not generate noise, vibration, odor, glare, fumes, or electrical or communications interference (including visual or audible interference with television or radio reception) that can be detected by the normal senses off the premises. 17. Limited Fuel/Oil/Bottled Gas Distribution a. Limited fuel/oil/bottled gas distribution is allowed as an accessory use to garden centers, convenience stores, retail stores, major and neighborhood shopping centers, automobile service stations, recreational vehicle rental and service uses, industrial equipment sales and rental uses, and storage of petroleum products uses. b. Any structure housing the fuel, oil, or bottled gas that is located on a sidewalk shall be located to maintain at least five feet of clearance along the sidewalk for use by pedestrians. 18. Mural
a. Not permitted for Single Family Detached, Single Family Attached, or Duplexes structures.
b. Permitted in the Office Institutional zoning district for properties owned by the Town of Morrisville only.

Mural sizing allowanced
(1) Murals may cover up to 100% of two exterior side or rear façade walls on a structure.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection 1above, structures owned by the Town of Morrisville may cover up to 100% of all exterior façade walls (i.e. front, side or rear). d. Murals shall be maintained in good repair, free from peeling paint or damage due to age, weather, vandalism, or the like. Failure to maintain a mural in good repair may result in enforcement action by the Town, including recovery of related expenses for enforcement, Section 10.3 and 10.4
