D EDICATION The offer of real property by its owner(s) for a public purpose and its acceptance by a government entity having jurisdiction over the public function for which it will be used. Dedications may be made for streets, recreation areas, parks, greenways, utility easements, etc. D ELIVERED L UMENS Amount of light delivered out of the fixture, which is different from non-LED fixtures that utilize lamp lumens or the amount of light emitted from a light source.

D ESIGN M ANUAL The stormwater design manual approved for use in the Town of Morrisville by the Department for the proper implementation of the requirements of the Jordan Watershed stormwater program, NPDES Phase II stormwater program and other applicable stormwater laws. All references herein to the Design Manual are to the latest published edition or revision.

D ETERMINATION OF S UBDIVISION E XCLUSION See Section 2.5.6.D.
